    Q: How to place an Order with us
    How do I go about placing an order on your website?

    A: After you've decided which product you'd like to buy, either put in the number of the item you'd like to order, or if it's a 'One of a kind' item, click on 'Add to cart'.
    Continue placing your items in your cart until your ready to checkout. You may check your cart to update it at anytime by clicking on the 'View Cart'.
    When you are finished ordering, click 'Checkout'.

    Q: Payments Accepted
    What forms of payments do you accept?

    A: We accept your personal check with the understanding that it will be held for 10 business days to allow it to clear your bank.

    We also accept Money orders and all credit cards. The credit cards DO have to be used through Paypal, which is offered at your checkout time.

    You do NOT have to be a Paypal member to use this feature.

    At this time, Paypal is the only way we process your credit card.

    Q: Your personal information
    Do you keep my information on file?

    A: The only information we have on hand is your name, email address, and your home address ONLY if you've placed a custom order.

    We do not keep any of your credit card information, in fact, we never even see it. When you use your credit card through Paypal, only your order number, name, address, and the money amount is sent to me.

    Q: Ordering more then 1 item and the website won't let you
    I would like to order more then 1 of a certain item, but it won't let. Why?

    A: Our website has a built in 'Quantity' Control so we can keep track of our inventory. So if you are placing an order for 4 of a single item, and it won't let you, that means that we don't have 4 in stock at that time. Try ordering a smaller quantity of the item, and if you'd like more, please feel free to email me.

    Q: Shipping Time
    When will my order be shipped?

    A: As soon as your order arrives, we process it. It usually will leave our business in the same day if ordered before noon(CST) or the next business day if ordered after noon(CST) If items are a custom order, we ship them out in 2-12 weeks depending on what the customer order is.

    From June thru Aug. we ship on Tuesdays & Fridays ONLY!

    WE DO NO BUSINESS ON THE WEEK-END...THERE FOR, WE DO NO SHIPPING OF ORDERS EITHER.

    Q: Shipping time on custom orders
    How long can I expect to wait for my custom order to be shipped?

    A: All custom orders are made by our outside sources. When your order comes in, we process it. Because our sources hand build/weave all orders as they are received your order may take up to 12 weeks for us to ship it out to you. Ofcourse it depends on their work load.

    Q: Insurance
    Do the shipping charges I pay include the insurance?

    A: No.
    We will not insure your order for you unless you've bought it. The insurance is very easy to buy....it's listed on the left hand side of the website. You just need to choose the amount of insurance you need by the amount of your total order. Exclude shipping ofcourse. Just click and buy...it's that easy. Then you are covered from your order being lost or damaged.


    EXCEPTION:
    When an order is shipped by Fedex ONLY & is under $100.00, then insurance is included.

    Q: Custom Light Orders
    Can you tell me when I'll be receiving my lamps?

    A: All of our lights are made to order by our outside source.
    Each light is HANDMADE and Depending on the workload, it could take 4- 12 weeks till it's delivered to me. After I check it and make sure it's all in order...I then ship it off to you.

    From October thru December it is the heaviest workload for them. So your light order could take longer. I tell my customers to order ALL custom orders well in advance of the holiday season.

    Q: Shipping charges for lamp Orders
    I've ordered a few lamps, but when I checked out, there was No shipping included? Why is that?

    A: We do this for 2 reasons.
    1. Because the lamps are a custom order and you will have a wait time, we ship out any remaining items you've ordered right away.
    2. Depending on the type of lighting and the quantity ordered...we can not guess at the shipping cost at the time of order. After your lighting is received by us, we weigh and measure for actual postage. Lighting is shipped Fedex ONLY.

    You will then be emailed a Paypal invoice for the shipping charges.

    The invoice MUST be paid before we ship.

    Q: Custom Wood Finish
    Can all of your wood items be purchased really primitive?

    A: Yes. We can finish your wood item to any degree of finish that you'd like. We show our wood items in different levels of finish.
    You may see an item that is finished 'clean' (no aging at all)..and then you may see an item extremely aged. But just because it's very aged in the picture doesn't mean that is HAS to be ordered that way. Just let us know how you'd like it finished when you place your order.

    Q: Ordering a Custom Furniture Item to fit your space
    I LOVE the dresser you have, but can I have it built to a different size that fits my space?

    A: Yes!
    You may order just about all of our furniture items at your measurements for an extra charge.

    It will cost you extra to have the items built LARGER or SMALLER because new plans need to be made for either.

    Just contact us with your request and dimensions and we can get you a quote for the extra charges.
