Q: Shipping for lamp Orders
I've ordered a few lamps, but when I checked out, there was No shipping included? Why is that?
A:
We do this for 2 reasons. 1. Because the lamps are a custom order and you will have a wait time, we ship out any remaining items you've ordered right away. 2. Depending on the type of lighting and the quanity ordered...we can not guess at the shipping cost at the time of order. After your lighting is received by us, we weigh and measure for actual postage. Lighting is shipped Fedex ONLY.
You will then be emailed a Paypal invoice for the shipping charges.
The invoice MUST be paid before we ship.
Q: Custom Light Orders
Can you tell me when I'll be receiving my lamps?
A:
All of our lights are made to order by our outside source. Each light is HANDMADE and Depending on his workload, it could take 4- 6 weeks till it's delivered to me. After I check it and make sure it's fine..I ship it off to you.
From October thru December it is the heaviest workload for them. So your light order could take longer. I tell my customers to order ALL custom orders well in advance of the holiday season.
Q: Insurance
Do the shigging charges include the insurance?
A:
No it does not. We will not insure your order for you unless you've bought it. The insurance is very easy to buy....it's listed on the left hand side of the website. You just need to choose the amount of insurance you need by the amount of your total order. Exclude shipping ofcourse. Just click and buy...it's that easy. Then you are covered from your order being lost or damaged.
Q: USPS Priority Mail & Parcel Post
When can I expect my order?
A:
That depends ofcourse on the way you chose to have it shipped.
If you choose to ship it USPS Priority Mail, then you can expect to receive it with in 2-3 days from the time it 's been picked up from our store.
If you choose to have it shipped USPS Parcel Post, then you have to realize that this way of shipping takes the longest time. It could take up to 4 WEEKS to be delivered from the time it's been picked up from our store.
PLEASE NOTE- IF YOU CHOOSE PARCEL POST WITH NO INSURANCE, WE HAVE NO WAY OF TRACKING YOUR ORDER. ONCE IT'S LEFT OUR SHOP, IT'S OUT OF OUR HANDS.
Q: Shipping custom orders
How long is the wait time for your custom orders?
A:
All custom wood orders are made by my husband, Alan. When your order comes in, we process it. Hubby is given all custom orders right away. He then adds them to his work load. Because he builds all orders as they are received and he usually has a very heavy work load, your order may take up to 4 weeks for us to ship it out to you. Alan also works a regular job that has him gone from home 14 hours a day, usually 5-6 days a week, so when he is home, he is out in the shop filling orders. And because we build and ship ONLY HIGH QUALITY work....it does take some time to get it just right. We NEVER ship out an item that we aren't proud of!

When will my order be shipped?
A:
As soon as your order arrives, we process it. It usually will leave our business in 3-4 business days. If items are a custom order, we ship them out in 3-4 weeks
WE DO NO BUSINESS ON THE WEEK-END...THERE FOR, WE DO NO SHIPPING OF ORDERS EITHER.
Q: Ordering more then 1 item and the website won't let you
I would like to order more then 1 of a certain item, but it won't let. Why?
A:
Our website has a built in 'Quantity' Control so we can keep track of our inventory. So if you are placing an order for 4 of a single item, and it won't let you, that means that we don't have 4 in stock at that time. Try ordering a smaller quantity of the item, and if you'd like more, please feel free to email me.
Q: My information
Do you keep my information on file?
A:
The only information we have on hand is your name, email address, and your home address ONLY if you've placed a custom order or your on our 'Candle Club' list.
We do not keep any of your credit card information, in fact, we never even see it. When you use your credit card through Paypal, only your order number, name, address, and the money amount is sent to me.
Q: Payments Accepted
What forms of payments do you accept?
A:
We accept your personal check with the understanding that it will be held for 10 business days to allow it to clear.
We also accept Money orders and all credit cards. The credit cards DO have to be used through Paypal, which is offered at your checkout time. You do NOT have to be a Paypal member to use this feature.
At this time, Paypal is the only way we process your credit card.

How do I place an order with you?
A:
After you've decided which product you'd like to buy, either put in the number of the item you'd like to order, or if it's a 'One of a kind' item, click on 'Add to cart'. Continue placing your items in your cart until your ready to checkout. You may check your cart to update it at anytime by clicking on the 'View Cart'. When you are finished ordering, click 'Checkout'.
